Kevin Powell brings 9 Black and Latino boys ages 10-17 together from the Brooklyn/Queens, NY area. It was shot in Brooklyn, New York in April 2012 at the House of the Lord Church before George Zimmerman was arrested for the fatal shooting. The segment is titled “After Trayvon”, where they discuss Trayvon Martin, their own feelings about the government, and being fearful, education, leadership, violence, Â history, unity among black people, and how they see America.
